A Dance with Dragons (published in 2011) is the fifth of seven planned novels in the epic fantasy series A Song of Ice and Fire by American author George R. R. Martin. Martin began the series in 1991 and published the first volume, A Game of Thrones, in 1996. Martin gradually extended the originally planned trilogy into four, six and eventually seven volumes. The action never stops and as the pages turn, surprises augment and leave you with an ending that make you want to fast-forward time to book 6!
Great series for any fantasy books fan.
